Dave Geran

Dave Geran was a people person. His love and acceptance of others radiated, even (especially) across
cultural and language boundaries. Dave spent two decades working in automotive supply sales across

Asia living in Japan, China, and Thailand.

When Dave heard about the work of Asia Frontier Children’s Homes in Myanmar, he wanted to help. He tried,

but was unable, to get a new vehicle donated to Rainbow Children’s Home.  Upon his death in October 2017,

Dave’s family decided to honor him by establishing a scholarship fund for young people transitioning out of

Asia Frontier Children’s Homes. Dave would be pleased to know his legacy of love lives on by supporting 

women and men in Myanmar to pursue their dreams through education or training in their chosen field.
